You've probably heard that the moon has a major influence on our earth; for example, it controls the ebb and flow of the tide. I find that really exciting, don't you?
Now imagine that your feelings are like ebb and flow. They come and go. Sometimes they come like huge waves and just push you over. They pull your legs away from you. Then you don't even know what's happening to you - you might become very sad, angry or desperate. Your feelings wash over you like a big wave. Then you don't even recognize yourself.
