Customer Happiness Manager (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a store employee for our store in Karlsruhe on an hourly basis (approx. 10 hours per week).

Are you open-minded, love our product range and enjoy dealing with people? Selling and advising is totally your thing? Are you interested in the hybrid model offline & online and can you work independently and solution-oriented?

Then please get in touch with us and let's find out together whether it's "muddled" between us!

We especially need your help on Saturday mornings (10 a.m. to 14 p.m.) and, ideally, Thursday mornings.

Your tasks:

• Making our customers happy
• Consulting
• Goods management 
• Visual merchandising (store layout, product availability, cleanliness of the store area)
• Picking/packing customer orders

What you should ideally bring with you:

• Experience in sales, customer service
• Openness and sociability
• personal responsibility, self-confidence and critical ability
• stress resistance and solution-based thinking
• Quality awareness and professional work

• Safe handling of IT and WWW
