Shipping & Returns
After receipt of payment, the cream pieces leave our studio as soon as possible. Usually after 5 working days at the latest. Our personalized products are excluded from this.
As standard, we send insured and climate-neutral throughout Germany via DHL GoGreen.
For smaller orders you will for national shipping the shipping option "uninsured as a large letter" or "consignment of goods" is automatically offered by Deutsche Post. Attention, these two shipping options are not insured!
From a goods value of 100 €, we assume the costs for Germany-wide shipping.
The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

Insured shipping DHL GoGreen: 4,90 €
Large letter: € 2,20
International shipping costs:
We ship to other European countries via DHL GoGreen or consignments from Deutsche Post. The country-specific shipping options and costs are displayed in the check-out process.
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in the context of your order, which are not paid by us or billed by us, but by you directly to the responsible customs authorities - or to the tax authorities. For details, please contact the relevant authorities directly.
Shipping to Switzerland
For customers in Switzerland, Meineinkauf.ch offers an interesting shipping alternative that enables cheap and customs-compliant delivery directly to Switzerland. You can find more information at meininkauf.ch.

If you are lucky enough to live in Karlsruhe or the surrounding area, you can select "Pick up at the studio" for shipping options and thus save on shipping costs. As soon as we have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us. You can pick up your order from us Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 13.30 p.m. Please note that we must have received your payment in advance via Paypal or prepayment.

Fortunately, it rarely happens, but of course you can make a revocation up to 14 days after receiving the goods. This must be registered in advance via email service @matschmitsahne. De.
Please send the cream parts in the original box and return them to us with insurance:
